A corporate giant such as DLF, with its presence renowned in 15 states and 24 cities, needs an interactive and user-friendly website. The four separate and varied verticals demanded individual attention to their intrinsic UI, coding and customer journey mapping. Also, to aid ease of navigation for all end-users, desktop and mobile versions of the site had to be designed carefully.
An equally mammoth task was to brainstorm with stakeholders and incorporating their valuable inputs in the website. It took multiple meetings and long, gruelling sessions to discuss and finally culminate the work. This was possibly the only exception in history where too many cooks DID NOT spoil the broth!!
